The brand is registered in the United Kingdom as KENSE COMPANY LIMITED and sells exclusively online and direct-to-consumer via its own website, without retail markup. Every mechanical watch is assembled and manufactured in China, with in-house calibres used across the tourbillon and complication models. The brand offers a three-year warranty and worldwide shipping.

Agelocer's signature achievement is the flying tourbillon at a genuinely accessible price point — a complication that, even in Swiss form, typically begins at £12,000 or more. The Agelocer tourbillon cage is visible through both the dial side and the sapphire caseback, rotating continuously at six o'clock. The movement is assembled with the tourbillon upside-down and then flipped into position, requiring precise polishing of bridges on both faces and countersunk screws on both sides — a labour-intensive process that the brand presents as the justification for the modest premium its tourbillon models carry over its base automatics. The latest flagship is the 3D-Manta Tourbillon, featuring a free-sprung balance, a three-dimensional manta ray-inspired architecture visible through an open-worked dial, and is priced at $1,499.
